YAKINIKU® was born from a passion for fire and grilling. In 2014, the search for the perfect Kamado began, as no existing model met their requirements at the time. This quest eventually led them to Japan, the birthplace of the Kamado. During this inspiring journey, they decided to develop a Kamado that perfectly suits the European market. The YAKINIKU, which means 'grilled meat' in Japanese, is the most authentic Kamado grill based on the traditional Japanese design. The Shichirin, also known as Konro or table grill, is traditionally made in Japan from Dolomite or river clay. YAKINIKU's Shichirin is made of high-quality ceramic, allowing it to reach temperatures of up to 1000°C! The special thing about grilling with the round Shichirin is the cozy gathering around the fire. The rectangular variant is frequently used by chefs for preparing small, refined dishes that require more precision.
