Fuoco is the story of two friends with a shared obsession: the perfect barbecue experience. Jasper, based in the Netherlands, and Arno, living in Italy. Together, they form the Dutch and Italian soul of Fuoco Barbecue Shop.
What started as a personal passion for fire, smoke, and flavour, grew into a full-fledged company. Not from a boardroom, but from the garden. Not from a business plan, but from a love for BBQ. Fuoco was born because we ourselves were looking for the best, and decided to offer it ourselves.
The combination of Jasper in the Netherlands and Arno in Italy is no coincidence; it's the core of who we are. Dutch sobriety and precision in service, logistics, and customer contact, combined with Italian passion for food, fire, and conviviality. Two countries, two cultures, one brand.
Our name says it all: fuoco means fire in Italian. And fire is where it all begins.
In a world of fast fashion and disposable products, we deliberately choose the opposite. A BBQ isn't a product you replace after three years; it's a heirloom you pass down.
